Look no further for building managers that genuinely care about what they do. Gale and Dean have many years of experience in property management starting in 2004. Community, relationship, and the small details are top priorities for these two. It’s a rare thing in this day and age to find building managers that work hard and put in the effort as much as they do. Gale and Dean manage both the Canadiana and the Lismore on Broad Street.

Pat is the building manager for The Willowcrest and Janson, but his real passion is hockey. He loves the sport so much that he started his own skate sharpening business in 1999. Pat is a true people person, and his love for helping others is what makes him an excellent building manager. In addition to his love for hockey, Pat enjoys staying active by mountain biking, swimming, and playing other sports.

Dennis Rainville

Dennis is famous in our company for his hard work, sense of humor and relaxed presence. We have had excellent feedback from our tenants and staff about how great he is to deal with. Dennis has many years of experience managing buildings, and the care and devotion he puts into his job is evident. He manages The Champlain and The Janson on Lorne Street, which are only a few blocks from each other. Dennis is an on-site manager so he is always nearby.

Svetlana takes great pride in ensuring that The Casabella and Windsor Tower are well-maintained and safe for all residents. She’s a devoted mother of two who enjoys spending time with her family and loves making flowers by crafting as a hobby. Originally from Romania, Svetlana moved to Canada in 2011 and has been fascinated by the country’s diverse culture ever since. She has a love for learning new things and is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and skill set.

Andreea is an accomplished accountant with a love for her home country’s cuisine and a passion for landscape photography. Her culinary skills are a reflection of her roots, and she enjoys cooking Romanian dishes for her family and friends. With a Masters in Audit and Finance, Andreea has a sharp eye for detail and a love for numbers. Her work ethic is unmatched, and she’s always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything is done correctly.

Bogdan began working with CH Living back in 2010 helping with renovations, projects, and assisting the building management. No job seems too big or small for him to oversee and manage. Bora Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and is currently expanding her expertise through an accounting course at SaskPolytech, with the goal of building a successful path in property management and accounting. A talented pianist, Bora enjoys playing the piano and finds joy in creative expression.

Cindy is originally from Korea where she completed her architectural engineering degree, and worked as an eco-friendly environmental planner for 3 years before coming to Canada. In 2017 Cindy joined the CH Living team, and began working in project and account managing. Cindy is now the Chief Finance Officer of CH Group. Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and is a great team player and always up for a challenge. Her trustworthiness, reliability and hard work are what make up the backbone of our administrative office.

Gurpreet Kaur
COMMUNITY MANAGER
Gurpreet is the community manager of CH Living, with a love for reading books and exploring her artistic side. She has a passion for painting landscapes and has a keen eye for capturing the beauty of nature. Growing up in Moga, India, Gurpreet was on the school wrestling team and learned the value of discipline and hard work at an early age. After completing her education, she received her diploma in Business Administration and also studied Mathematics.

Jesse brings to Campbell and Haliburton over a decade of experience in construction, property administration, and insurance. He forges strong relationships with clients and colleagues, when handling rental inquiries and performing administration duties. Jesse enjoys time spent with his two sons, long-boarding and building snow forts in the winter.

John has been with Campbell & Haliburton since 1999. He is the president of the Campbell & Haliburton Group of Companies. He is ultimately responsible for the comings and goings not only of Campbell & Haliburton Insurance but also of Campbell & Haliburton Property Management where he oversees over 450 rental units.
